Salt + Light proudly ships to all 50 states in the US. We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process before shipping. You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are happy to provide pick-up to our local customers. Please select LOCAL at checkout to forego shipping charges. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up dates/times will be listed there.
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it you can return most items up to 30 days. To return an item, use this contact form. Make sure to include your order # and what you will be returning from that order. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If something comes less than perfect we will fix it! Use the contact form to explain the issue and we will send you a return label for the defective item so we can get a new one out to you.
Our return policy covers the return of most products in new condition for a full return within 14 days and store credit within 30 days, less the shipping charges. Items that cannot be returned include paint, furniture, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
Undamaged paint products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We suggest purchasing a sample in order to determine whether a paint product is right for your space.
